The Families Day
The Families Day represents the start point of Open Day Programme. It is a fundamental meeting moment between employees' families and the company workplaces where employees work every day.
This part of Open Day Programme has two objectives: one is to let workers’ families know work and company dynamics and workplaces, the other is to highlight the strengths and the economical endeavours finalised to improve not only the environmental impact. These objectives have been part of Company strategy for years.
